Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI and advanced data pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for code quality and security.
- Conduct architectural reviews to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and large-scale data processing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
