Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural vision for next-generation machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the 2026 product roadmap and technical milestones.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance across all emerging tech stacks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Neuromorphic chips) for integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically within AI and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-stakes, high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible data governance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
