Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructures capable of processing exabytes of data by 2026.
- Lead the development of Agentic AI workflows that operate autonomously in complex environments.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating Generative AI with legacy enterprise systems.
- Ensure ethical standards and bias mitigation are built into every layer of our neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for AI safety and deployment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers.
- Experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
