Responsibilities

- Identify, analyze, and prototype emerging trends in Generative AI, digital collaboration tools, and workflow automation.
- Design frameworks for hybrid work models that maximize productivity and employee well-being.
- Counsel executive leadership on digital transformation strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the tech sector.
- Partner with HR and IT departments to integrate cutting-edge software solutions into daily workflows.
- Conduct competitive analysis of global tech trends to inform internal policy changes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Pilot new technologies (e.g., VR/AR in meetings, advanced analytics) and measure their impact on team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or IT consulting.
- Deep understanding of the future of work, specifically regarding AI integration and the post-pandemic workplace landscape.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts up to 2026 and beyond.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and change management frameworks.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, or a related technical field.
