Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, digital transformation, or organizational development, with a focus on future trends.
- AI Fluency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies, specifically how they apply to business processes.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale change management initiatives.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies; experience with cloud computing and automation tools is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision for the future.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
