Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Design and manage proof-of-concept projects for breakthrough technologies
- Partner with product teams to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Author thought leadership on future-focused business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (preferred)
