Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes and validating solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies and rapid prototyping processes
- Mentor R&D teams on future-focused technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ tech foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Biotech, Web3)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities

- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
