- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio funding moonshot projects with 10-year ROI horizons
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with demonstrable 2030+ impact
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting or disruption theory
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: synthetic biology, quantum algorithms, or neuromorphic computing
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to billion-dollar valuation
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi method, cross-impact matrices, and causal layered analysis
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
