Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and implement robust distributed systems for training and deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on generative AI, reinforcement learning, and neural architecture search.
- Optimize Model Performance: Work closely with data scientists to reduce latency, improve inference speeds, and enhance model accuracy.
- Technology Stack Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to keep our infrastructure ahead of industry standards for 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
