Responsibilities
- Optimize daily operational processes and implement best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics for 3 facilities
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with department heads to align strategic goals
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years in operations or logistics management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license required
