- Lead a 10-person team of marketing specialists and content creators

- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budget with ROI-focused optimization
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives
- Oversee brand management and messaging consistency across all platforms
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and large budgets
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
