Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance: Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Database Management: Design and manage SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Security: Implement security best practices to protect user data and system integrity.
- Agile: actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for learning new technologies.
