Responsibilities
- Accurately scan and sort incoming shipments
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Prepare orders for shipment using packing equipment
- Maintain clean and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided)
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – entry-level welcome!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
