Your Role
As an Entry Level Specialist, you will be the first line of support for our clients, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a resume in a high-growth sector.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for internal clients and external customers.
- Log and track all support tickets using our ticketing system (Jira/Zendesk).
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and provide clear, step-by-step guidance via phone and email.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations and devices.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking concepts.
