Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates for technical roles.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools in the Charlotte and California markets.
- Assist in SEO content creation and keyword research to improve organic search rankings.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment calendar using CRM software.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and company culture fit.
- Represent the company at local job fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, or social media platforms.
