Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for internal and external clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network connectivity
- Document all interactions and solutions using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed troubleshooting notes
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setup
- Conduct basic system maintenance and updates

Qualifications
