Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the daily operations of the office environment.
- Greet visitors and clients professionally, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with data entry, document filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Support the finance team with basic invoicing and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- No prior office management experience required; we offer comprehensive on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
