Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and network infrastructure
- Document technical issues and solutions in our ticketing system
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and patience
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical challenges
- Assist in deploying and managing cybersecurity protocols
- Conduct routine system updates and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking principles
