Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues (Windows, Mac, Printers).
- Perform basic network configuration and security checks.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems).
