Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 150+ employees
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow platform
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems
- Document technical procedures in knowledge base
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring
- Train users on new software implementations
- Collaborate with security team on compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ certification desired
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment installations
- Valid Ohio driver's license required
