Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients via phone and email.
- Log and track all support tickets in our ticketing system with high accuracy.
- Assist with hardware setup, including desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and software installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company security protocols.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows and Mac environments).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
