Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install/configure computer systems and network equipment
- Document IT incidents and solutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Train end-users on new technologies and procedures
- Monitor system performance and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
