Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 200+ employees via ticketing system and direct channels
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including network connectivity, VPN, and Microsoft 365
- Document SOPs for common troubleshooting procedures in ITSM system
- Assist with asset management and software license compliance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in bi-weekly IT team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's/Bachelor's in IT preferred
- 6+ months hands-on experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service mindset with strong verbal/written communication
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or commitment to obtain within 90 days)
- Ability to lift 25lbs for hardware deployments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
