Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network security protocols and system updates
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Conduct routine system backups and recovery operations
- Train employees on new software implementations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, etc.) preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional site visits
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Willingness to obtain security clearance if required
