Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection
- Manage Active Directory environments and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for internal teams
- Provide remote and on-site support with SLA adherence
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 administration
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
