Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Log, track, and manage all incoming support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new workstations and peripherals.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and remote desktop assistance for distributed teams.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to diagnose complex technical issues and document solutions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse users.
