Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and network peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) during employment.
