Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient preparation and examination procedures
- Accurately record vital signs and patient information in electronic health records
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized examination rooms and equipment
- Provide compassionate support to patients during their visit experience
- Coordinate patient flow and communication between departments
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
