Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, and product information.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist clients effectively.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
