Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and loyalty.
- Problem Solving: Analyze client feedback and technical issues to provide effective, creative solutions.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor account health and prepare detailed reports on client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the product and sales teams to advocate for the client.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn the tech industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.
