- Learn and utilize our CRM software to accurately log interactions and track customer account status.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products to existing clients.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
