Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction ratings.

- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer outcomes.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and customer satisfaction.
