Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Accurately record and update customer information in the internal database.

Qualifications
