- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Process incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Assist with event coordination and client relations to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
