Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence in a timely manner.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials.
- Support the office with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Prepare internal reports and presentations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant internship experience is a plus.
