Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for breakthrough technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Develop strategic 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology investments
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant STEM field or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
