Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including AI and Cloud Native architectures.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems to ensure scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate new tech solutions seamlessly.
- Manage a budget of over $2M for capital expenditures and R&D initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term strategic projects.
- Recruit and mentor high-performing engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology or IT Management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Strong expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure) and Artificial Intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends and implement them strategically.
