Qualifications

- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism from Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record of scaling patented technologies to $500M+ ARR
- Published author in IEEE journals or Harvard Business Review
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and Spanish for global partnerships
