Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Horizon 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and predictive analytics.
- Lead the Future Tech Council, a cross-functional body responsible for scouting emerging technologies like quantum computing and neural interfaces.
- Establish and enforce comprehensive AI ethics and governance policies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate long-term technological visions into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the development of proprietary technology stacks designed for scalability in a decentralized future.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in tech strategy, digital transformation, or R&D leadership.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in AI Ethics or Strategic Foresight is a strong plus.
