Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and prepares the organization for the next wave of digital transformation.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and lead pilot programs to assess viability and integration potential.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and board members, translating future trends into actionable business insights.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of long-term projects.
- R&D Governance: Manage the budget and resources for research and development, ensuring maximum ROI on experimental technologies.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global technology landscapes to provide a competitive edge and mitigate future risks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, AI ethics, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation trends.
