As a leader in our strategic division, you will define the technological landscape for the next three years, identifying key trends in AI, automation, and sustainable computing to drive competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology vision and strategic roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech (GenAI, Spatial Computing, Quantum Readiness).
- Identify and assess disruptive market trends to inform long-term product development.
- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning for future tech infrastructure.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology goals with business objectives.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of strategists and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives and roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with experience managing senior teams.
- PMP or equivalent strategic certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex tech concepts for stakeholders.
