Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and development of advanced AI and machine learning systems, including LLMs and predictive analytics.

- Collaborate with product and executive leadership to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for emerging technologies.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or product management.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models.
- Strong background in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving complex technical initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.
