Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 200+ professionals
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, AR/VR, and neuromorphic computing
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized products using 2026-predictive technologies
- Certifications in AWS Quantum, Google AI, or Microsoft Quantum
