Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Vision and Strategic Roadmap.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as Quantum Supremacy and Edge AI.
- Identify high-impact technological trends and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business goals.
- Pilot and evaluate disruptive technologies to ensure our infrastructure is future-proof.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive innovation projects from concept to deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and technology trend analysis.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex future scenarios to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
