Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and prototyping of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Neuro-Symbolic AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical plans.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and scalability.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technical projects ahead of schedule.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Experience with strategic planning tools and methodologies (e.g., OKRs, Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and forecast future technological shifts.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
