Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns emerging tech trends with business goals.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Synthetic Data to stay ahead of the curve.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key players in the AI and quantum computing ecosystems, including startups and academic institutions.
- Executive Influence: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for the C-suite and board of directors.
- Innovation Management: Establish frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of new technologies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on global tech shifts to forecast opportunities and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, architecture, or R&D management.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current AI paradigms and a demonstrated ability to assess emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Networks, Quantum Algorithms).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies in a commercial environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Location: Willingness to work in San Francisco, CA.
