Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) with high potential for disruption.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of innovative solutions for future market demands.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or executive capacity.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technology initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications, specifically regarding the 2026 landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
