Responsibilities
- Lead the Chronos 2026 roadmap, defining core technological pillars for the upcoming years.
- Architect scalable infrastructures capable of supporting next-gen predictive AI and quantum-ready data processing.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced holography) for integration into our core product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition experimental prototypes into production-ready 2026 systems.
- Establish governance frameworks for long-term data privacy and ethical AI deployment in a futuristic environment.
- Mentor senior engineering leads on architectural best practices for legacy modernization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Big Data analytics, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven history of successfully forecasting and implementing long-term technology trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies in a high-velocity, forward-thinking environment.
