Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, identifying trends in AI, Edge Computing, and Generative AI to drive product innovation.
- Research & Development Leadership: Oversee a dedicated R&D division, managing the lifecycle of experimental projects from conception to pilot deployment.
- Technical Architecture: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring scalable and secure infrastructure.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Evaluate external technology partners and vendors, negotiating contracts that drive value and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies and managing large-scale technical budgets.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial or healthcare sectors (preferred) or a strong willingness to rapidly learn new verticals.
