- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for the company's evolution by 2026, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Future Trends Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to predict disruptions and opportunities for the 2026 horizon.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate key partnerships with emerging tech firms and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of strategists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget and resource allocation towards high-impact initiatives that define the company's future state.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic forecasts to the board of directors and executive stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Foresight: Proven experience in strategic planning, with a specific focus on long-term (5+ year) forecasting and scenario planning.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the technology or consulting sector.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and drive consensus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Strategic Studies preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot strategies based on market intelligence.
